THE LADS

The Lads are longtime friends and band mates from New Zealand.  For the past 4 years they have been traveling the U.S. sharing their heart for those kids who are all too often skipped over in ministry – the “tweens” (ages 10-12).  As this particular group has been their focus, they’ve seen their influence expand to reach kids of all ages from 2 year-olds sporting duct-taped, plastic guitars and even their parents who secretly still love the old school quirkiness of the Monkey’s.

They have a deep passion to lead kids into a deeper walk with the Lord and equip them in dealing with the unique “life issues” they face in this transitional stage of “tweenness”.

Their cheeky brand of “down under” humor, clever lyrics and rockin’ concerts are the recipe for their magnetism and ability to create fantastic resources that continue their ministry well after they walk off stage.

Theladsband.com is filled to the top with all kinds of “out of the box” products.  From the interactive end of their website, to the Lads comic books, Bible Studies, and the hilarious new television series, “LadsTV” – a six episode series based on the band and their experiences with their “manager” (God!), it’s clear that these guys are fully focused on helping parents and youth leaders alike in the challenge of raising up Godly kids in today’s culture.
